“The property was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was group of unruly guest. Being obnoxious and inconsiderate. Yelling and talking til 3am. I called the front desk numerous times and it was to no avail. The noise continued, i found a number another agent and Instead of fixing the problem he suggested that I leave the hotel with my elderly mom at 2am. It was quite and experience, especially after having a late flight and getting to the room late. We didnt rest at all that night....

“Luego de guiar 10 horas desde Florida para un funeral familiar, el lugar súper limpio. Pero, hubo un mal entendido con el chek in, lo cual no me pude quedar la primera noche y no me devolvieron mi dinero. Al volver para quedarme mi 2da noche y porque ya estaba pagada, no pude dormir por el olor a cigarrillo y terminé súper mala de salud. Hablamos con el manager que estaba al momento, quedó en devolver el dinero de 1era noche, y todavía lo espero. Mas la habitación no tenía plancha de ropa ni...
