  • Welcome to this new 3-story townhome with stylish modern finishes and plenty of space for groups of 8. Main level features an open kitchen, living area, and half bath. Second floor has two bedrooms, laundry, and full bath with double vanity. Top floor suite offers a king bed, walk-in shower, and a private west-facing balcony with sunset views. Minutes to downtown Salt Lake City, Delta Center, airport, freeway access, restaurants, shopping, and quick routes to ski resorts.

    This spacious new 3-story townhome in Salt Lake City was built just last year (2025). The home features all new furnishings, appliances, and finishes, giving guests a clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay.

    The thoughtfully designed layout offers plenty of space for families, groups, or business travelers.

    *This a 3 story townhome, so please be mindful when booking that all members of your group must be comfortable using stairs.

    Main Level:
    The first floor features an open-concept living space perfect for relaxing or gathering together.

    Second Floor:
    The second level includes two comfortable bedrooms and a full bathroom in between the two bedrooms.
    • Bedroom 1: Stand alone Queen bed + Twin over Full Bunk bed (Sleeps 4-5)
    • Bedroom 2: Queen bed + wall mounted 50` TV
    • Full bathroom with double vanity
    • Washer and dryer (stacked units located in the landing closet)

    Third Floor:
    The entire top floor functions as a private suite.
    • 1 King Bed
    • Full bathroom with walk-in shower (no bathtub)
    • Spacious private bedroom area
    • Large west-facing balcony
    While the balcony doesn’t overlook major landmarks, it’s a great place to relax and watch beautiful Salt Lake sunsets.

    Guests will have the entire townhome privately to themselves. The front door has a electronic smart lock and guests will be given their own unique 4 digit access code the day before arrival. No physical key is required.

    You will be able to self check-in upon arrival, but we are only a message or phone call away and will promptly respond if any needs arise. We are here for you doing your stay, but our level of interaction is completely up to you.

    We strive for nothing less than 5-star stays and aim for the opportunity to be your hosts. Our dedicated team is prepared to assist our guests promptly. However, please bear in mind that we operate differently from a hotel, and we do not have round-the-clock front desk services.
    Check-in and Check-out times:
    Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am prompt, unless late check out has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.

    Early check-in/Late check-out Policy (cannot guarantee):
    - Early check-in (*if available): $25/hour before 4:00 PM
    - Late check-out (*if available): $25/hour after 10:00 AM, up to 12:00 PM (12:00pm is the absolute latest we can allow)
    - Must be requested at least 1 day in advance
    - Subject to availability and flexibility with the cleaning schedule

    Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 10:30am or later will be levied an additional $50 per 30 minute increment.

    Quiet Hours:
    Guests need to be quiet and respectful to their neighbors by not making any excessive noise between the hours of 10pm - 8am. These quiet hours are strictly enforced.

    No Parties:
    Strictly no parties or large gatherings. This is NOT a party property as it is located in a quiet residential area and we are respectful of the neighbors.

    No Smoking:
    Please note this property is strictly a Non Smoking residence with no smoking permitted inside the home or garage, or on the front porch. Smoking is only allowed out on the street away from the house. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $200 fee plus the cost of removing any smoke residue or damage to the property.

    No Illicit Drugs or Activities:
    Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property.

    No Pets:
    Please note that no pets are permitted in this property. Any guest found not adhering to this rule will be issued a $100.

    Infant & Children Supervision:
    Be aware that the kitchen and bathroom cupboards contain cleaning products, such as antibacterial sprays, washing powder/singles, etc. and there are no child safety locks on these cupboards so supervision of children is essential.

    Trash:
    There is a garbage can in the kitchen as well as one in each bathroom, with extra trash bags under each sink. Please use appropriately by taking trash out when full and not allowing to overflow. There is a large black garbage can outside right by the entry gate. Please help us as Hosts by not allowing any smelly trash to linger in the the home too long, and to take trash out regularly. Trash day is every Friday, and guests may be asked to help pull the trash can out to the street for collection.

    Broken or Stolen Property:
    Guests will be responsible for any damaged or stolen property, as well as any loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These are to be reported as soon as it occurs and replaced and/or paid for.

    Inspections:
    The Owner can make an inspection of the premises upon demand.

    Lost & Forgotten Items:
    Before checking out, please do a thorough sweep of the property to ensure you are not leaving any personal items behind. Host cannot guarantee any items left in the property will be found and returned to you.
