This is a nice hotel that is generally well-maintained, but our stay was marred by an issue with the air conditioning, which was not working. As a result, we had an uncomfortably warm night. We reported the problem mid-morning, but it took multiple calls to reception and several hours before a technician finally arrived to fix it.
As compensation, the reception staff initially offered only 15% off the Ć la carte restaurantā¦a disappointing gesture. Then, five minutes later, they increased it to 50% off. However, this offer came at 9.30 PM, just as the restaurant was closing, making it completely useless.
Overall, if something goes wrong during your stay, donāt expect a prompt resolution or meaningful goodwill gesture. Given this experience, I wouldnāt choose to stay here again.
