Lodges en Sa Pa

“The staff at Sapa Pine Hill were so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how helpful and kind they were during our stay! The hotel looks beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, and there is even a special little friend that appears from time to time to say hello!”

“This place is false advertising online. When we arrived to our room, there was a HORRIBLE smell. Bugs flying all over the room. Roaches and spiders crawling in the room. Dead bugs were smashed on the walls and no one cleaned it. I booked a Luxury Double room but was given a deluxe room with one bed. They tried to upgrade rooms but still the same issues. This hotel is not luxury. It smells old. It looks as if it’s not used. The doors had holes in them which allowed bugs to settle in the room. We...

“Belle expérience dans un véritable home stay. La nourriture etait très bonne. ”

A family was staying in shared dorm attached and got up at 5am everyday talking, laughing very loud and was impossible to sleep. Could hear a cat cough in next room and thats not...

Old car tires were used to hold up the flower beds. That’s not very ecolodge like. The food was not very good. I ordered a Banh mi and received something with scrambled eggs and two slices of Wonderbread. No baguette in sight, no pork or other meats. The whole village is incredibly dirty with trash everywhere. I’m not...
