    The booking includes bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as final cleaning of the property. The property is delivered completely clean, tidy, and ready for a comfortable and functional stay from day one.

    – We offer 24-hour assistance throughout your stay. During the day we are available for any needs, and at night we attend to important emergencies to ensure your peace of mind.

    – Check-in and check-out are done in person by our team, offering a complete introduction to the property, answering any questions, and personally handing over and collecting the keys.

    – At the time of booking, the guest will receive access to an online platform where they can easily book activities, boats, bicycles, cars, restaurants, transport services and other complementary services, all integrated into the booking confirmation.

    – Check-in: from 4:00 pm.

    – Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

    – Parties and events are not allowed.

    – No pets allowed.



    Note 1. Final cleaning fees are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of their obligation to care for the property during their stay. No charge will be applied to the deposit provided the property is used reasonably. Rubbish must be taken to the recycling point indicated by the property coordinator.



    Note 2. In accordance with current regulations in the Balearic Islands, all tourist accommodations are required to charge guests aged 16 and over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is subsequently paid to the Regional Authorities.



    Note 3. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25 per kWh, payable upon departure. Meter readings will be taken both upon arrival and departure.



    Note 4. In properties where an extra bed can be added, and always subject to availability, the cost will be €15 per person per day. Additionally, where possible, a protective fence for the pool can be added at a cost of €13 per linear meter. Please check availability.



    Note 5. Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge of €30, and after midnight, €50. However, self check-in with a welcome from staff is available the following day. When possible, late check-out is subject to availability and costs €90 until 1:00 PM and €160 until 4:00 PM.

Great stay in Mallorca

We stayed at Casa Can Virolla with a group of friends for a wedding and had a truly great time. The house was very comfortable for us, offering enough space for everyone. One of the best decisions we made was renting a 7-seater from the airport, it gave us so much flexibility to explore the island together. Parking near the property was never an issue, we always found a spot easily. During our trip we visited the port of Sóller and the beautiful town of Valldemossa, both totally worth it for the atmosphere and scenery. We also made a memorable excursion to Cala Torta in Artà, such a stunning beach with crystal-clear water. On the wedding day the hosts were super helpful, they organised a taxi to take us to Crestatx, which made getting to the venue stress-free and let us enjoy the party. All in all, if you’re travelling with friends, want a combination of relaxation and island-adventure, this is a place that’s both comfortable and well-located.

Our forever holiday home in Mallorca

We stayed at Casa Can Virolla Gran from 10th to 24th May 2025 as a family of six – two grandparents, two parents, and two children – and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. The house itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the living areas gave us plenty of room to relax together or enjoy a bit of peace. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved having breakfast on the sunny terrace each morning. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids – and the grandparents too! Sa Pobla is a charming town with a very local feel, and we were lucky to be there during the weekly market. It was one of the highlights of our trip – full of fresh produce, local crafts, and a lovely atmosphere. We stocked up on delicious fruit, cheeses, and pastries to enjoy back at the house. The location was ideal for exploring the island. We were just a short drive from the fantastic water park in Alcúdia, which the kids absolutely adored. And the beaches of Playa de Muro were stunning – soft sand, clear water, and plenty of space to play or relax. We went several times and never got tired of it. Overall, Casa Can Virolla Gran was perfect, peaceful, authentic, and close to everything we needed. We’d come back next year!

Una vera sorpresa a Maiorca!

Mio marito, i nostri tre figli di 8, 10 e 13 anni ed io abbiamo trascorso due settimane fantastiche a luglio nella Casa Can Virolla Gran e l'esperienza ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. Cercavamo qualcosa di autentico, lontano dal trambusto turistico, e questa sistemazione è stata un vero successo. La casa è spettacolare: una villetta a schiera tradizionale con tocchi signorili, ma completamente adattata alle esigenze moderne. Per una famiglia di cinque persone, lo spazio è fondamentale, e qui ne abbiamo trovato in abbondanza. I bambini erano entusiasti della piscina, perfetta per i pomeriggi caldi, e l'aria condizionata è stata ottima per noi. La cucina era completamente attrezzata, il che ha reso la vacanza molto più facile. Ma se c'è una cosa che voglio sottolineare della zona, è il cibo. Ci è piaciuto molto mangiare nei bar di tapas vicini! Il cibo era semplicemente delizioso, molto autentico e casalingo, con il grande vantaggio di essere estremamente economico. Cenare fuori ogni sera in un ambiente così locale è stato uno dei maggiori piaceri del nostro viaggio. Per quanto riguarda la posizione a Sa Pobla, eravamo a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Muro e Alcúdia e molto vicini all'autostrada per raggiungere la città di Palma, dove siamo andati un giorno a fare shopping. Lo consiglio al 100% a tutte le famiglie che cercano comodità, ma soprattutto per i suoi tapas e l'ambiente autentico. Speriamo di tornare presto!
