Es Mussol is a spacious holiday home located near Sa Pobla in the north of Mallorca, set on a private estate of around 3,000 m² surrounded by nature and offering beautiful open views towards the Serra de Tramuntana. Its location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside while still being within easy reach of the beaches and main attractions of northern Mallorca.

The approximately 350 m² house is distributed over two floors and offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing a comfortable layout for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, there is a bright living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, both with direct access to the large covered porch. This outdoor area is furnished with traditional Mallorcan-style terrace furniture and features a built-in barbecue, creating a pleasant space for enjoying meals outdoors and relaxing together.

The garden offers generous areas of natural lawn and a private Roman-shaped swimming pool located directly in front of the porch. The combination of the pool, garden and spacious outdoor areas makes it easy to enjoy the property throughout the day, whether relaxing or spending time together with family and friends.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower, while the second has twin beds and a separate full bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms are located upstairs, both with bathrooms with showers. One of them also has a private terrace with views of the Serra de Tramuntana and the surrounding countryside. All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.

The location of Es Mussol is particularly convenient for exploring different areas of Mallorca. The beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia are approximately 10–15 minutes away by car and stretch from Puerto de Alcúdia to Can Picafort. The Bay of Pollença, its beaches and the surrounding area of Pollença are also easily accessible.

Sa Pobla is close to the property and offers restaurants, shops and services throughout the year, as well as a strong local Mallorcan character. From here, you can easily explore both the northern coast and inland towns such as Muro, Alcúdia and Pollença.

Sports enthusiasts will find excellent facilities in Sa Pobla, including tennis and paddle tennis courts, football pitches, squash courts and an Olympic-size swimming pool. Golf lovers can choose between Alcanada Golfand Golf Pollença, two of the closest golf courses.
