After our departure, the host has repeatedly ignored all requests for our deposit refund, despite us causing no damage during our stay. I paid both the deposit and cleaning fee in good faith, but the host is now refusing to refund the deposit and is unresponsive to all communication.”

“This is a fantastic property and my family loved it immensely. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen great for cooking , and there were tons of places to relax. We especially loved the garden, the little pool , and the family room.It has lots of great little touches that you will be sure to enjoy. We were sad. We only had a three nights stay and would’ve loved to stay longer and longer. It is a fantastic place to explore both Austria and Germany.I would highly recommend this to all.”
