Price was good, communication, check-in, and check-out was a breeze. The house itself was one of the best appointed short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in. It had plenty of dishes and cookware, plenty of extra linens, it had enough living room furniture for our family to sit comfortably, a dining table large enough for everyone, and big bedrooms. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts was there was quite a lot of dog hair in the house, so cleanliness wasn’t excellent. But it didn’t bother me that much, so I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this property is perfect being close to many of the popular sight seeing venues in Victoria and this property itself has everything You can imagine..even more! Beautiful and spacious home, comfortably accommodated my family of 6 adults. Excellent “rambler” single story layout of the family room and kitchen/dining areas in the front, with all the bedrooms in the rear. Wonderful location close to so many things to do in the Victoria and Saanichton area.

Really enjoyed our stay! It is a bit out of the way, but we knew that when booking. House is very clean, comfortable and was fully stocked with dishes and coffee. Loved that there was a toaster oven; used it a few times. Very quiet, newly developed area. We would have no problem booking with them again.

Very convenient location to airport and lovely spacious home. Had everything possibly needed in kitchen and more. Accessible rancher and dog-friendly. Backyard would benefit from turf like front as too prickly for pups in back.

My family and I had a great stay at Mikes property. The house was well equipt anything you may need from cooking needs to a gaming system. Very spacious and clean. Was a perfect place for a family of 5.

Very clean nice place. More amenities than I expected. Extra coffee, towels dishes etc on hand. Games, wifi play station. We were able to entertain local family at this location. It took me while to figure out the light switches, but that is the builder not the owner.

Everything was great. (Only small down fall, you could hear everything little noise throughout the house, so if you’re a light sleeper use a sleep machine or something of sort) if you have small kids, There is lots of knickknacks to have to keep an eye on them touching. This house was new, clean and had everything we needed. Coffee, french press, toaster, utensils, etc. The three bedrooms were spacious. Bathrooms were more than adequate. Living room had comfortable seating for all 6 of us. Just a great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at this property. The house had everything we needed and the owner was very quick to respond to all messages. He even delivered a stepstool when we inquired about one. I would give this owner and property 10 stars if I could! The house is about 20 minutes drive from the swarts bay ferry and about 25 minutes from down town Victoria.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Victoria. The three rooms were super clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. The host was very considerate and even extended our stay by an hour, which we really appreciated. The location was great, being close to the main highway, making it convenient to access all the sightseeing places. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend it. Great stay!

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well for coffee and tea. Great dining room for meals. Good selection of games! A lovely quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely stay again!
