Accueil correct sans plus; infrastructure (chambre) vieillissante. Quelques interrogations donc sur le rapport qualité/prix et, au-delà de la rente de situation, sur l’avenir de ce genre d’établissement (à moins de procéder à de massifs investissements).

Hotel heeft onze verwachtingen niet waargemaakt
Op zich prima hotel, echter bij aankomst was er een teleurstelling de shuttle service kwam niet omdat men niemand had op dat moment..... moesten maar gaan lopen met onze spullen. wat niet te doen is met zo veel spullen. uiteindelijk een taxi genomen voor 10min reis tegen 25 euro kosten. toen wij gingen skien werden wij door een hele vriendelijke heer naar de piste gebracht en die zei bel gerust als jullie weer gehaald moeten worden. (het is niet ver maar ver genoeg om niet te willen lopen met ski spullen) bij terug komst zei de dame achter de receptie dat ze ons niet gingen ophalen omdat het nog geen "ski seizoen was" ik zei dat het belachelijk was en dat wij het wel hebben afgesproken. uiteindelijk werden wij toch gehaald. discussie zou na mijn mening gewoon overbodig moeten zijn. de manier waar op was ook niet echt heel vriendelijk. verder zijn de bedden slap en zakt door. mensen met zwakke rug zou ik niet aanraden hier te slapen. restaurant mensen waren wel heel vriendelijk en kundig. eten was ook prima en ook uitstekend ontbijt. bij de receptie was een heer wel erg vriendelijk. service gevoel , prijs kwaliteitsverhouding vonden wij echt niet goed.

Very nice facility for R & R or an active stay skiing, touring, or hiking. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. The room was comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Saas Fee.

Consistently inconsistent
The property does not appear to have had a refurbishment any time in the last decade or two. Whilst the staff were very friendly, service standards were very inconsistent. From things missing at breakfast (spoons saucers etc) to house keeping not restocking things. We had a suite with a fireplace and the hotel does not let you light the fire (presumably for instance reasons) One must ask reception to come and light it. Often the request was not passed on or just forgotten. It became a kind of evening sport to time how long the fire stayed lit after the staff left the room. Best time was 7 minutes. The mattress reminded me of sleeping at my grandmother's place. Very, very soft, and needing a ladder to climb out of the hole in the morning. I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch. Room set up was..... weird.... The WC was the only private place with the "bathroom" sink on a central island and the spa bath and clear door shower providing no privacy. Not ideal for a family stay.

Great weekend in Saas-fee
Amazing weekend in this hotel. From check-in to check-out service was great! Excellent location. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful most especially Davide. Hotel room is clean and has an old time charm. Restaurant is great, food is exquisite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Das Personal war sehr oberflächlich. Was mich sehr störte; es war alles andere als ein Herzliches empfangen und am morgen müsste man sogar den Kaffee selber aus der Maschinen drücken und das für ein 4 Stern ein absolutes NEIN. Als wir fragen wegen dem Taxi zum Auto zufahren waren sie gleicht total überfordert und unfreundlich. Der Chauffeur hat es dan aber noch gerettet er konnte am wenigstens dafür. Ich buche ganz sicher nicht mehr in diesem Hotel und empfehle auch nicht!

Guten Tag Frau Maron Danke viel Mal, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben uns und unser Hotel zu bewerten. Es stimmt uns sehr traurig, dass Sie sich bei uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben zumal Sie beim Check-out gefragt wurden, wie Ihnen der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Sehr gerne würden wir noch auf zwei Punkte eingehen: a) Die Frühstücksdame hätte ihnen sehr gerne einen Kaffee serviert, jedoch kamen Sie bereits mit dem Kaffee in der Hand vom Rundgang am Buffet zurück. Sehr wohl servieren wir unseren Gästen den Kaffee, aber haben noch einen zusätzliche Maschine am Buffet, damit der Gast wählen kann, was er lieber möchte. b) Sehr gerne chauffieren wir all unsere Gäste zurück zum Busterminal und Parking. An diesem Tag hatten wir nur ein Elektro zur Verfügung, weswegen es zu Wartezeiten kam, da wir gerade eine Lieferung abgeholt haben. Es tut uns sehr Leid, dass Sie warten mussten.
