Pousadas en Saas-Fee

“We cant think about Saas Fee without the Dom. Great room with superb view. Kind and always helpful staff, splendid breakfast. 5th year in a row coming here. We will come back.”

“Good location, great hosts, no complaints, will stay here again!”

“A very pleasant stay in a very nice village that we used as our base for a trip to Zermatt (driving to Täsch in the morning). The sofa bed is not the best to sleep on but it works fine for a couple of nights. I couldn’t figure out if there was any kind of ventilation, so it got a little too warm at night in the middle of July, but overall a very good experience, I would love to come back. Saas-Fee is a rather small place and I was a bit worried that everything would be closed since it is summer,...

“A bit old, needs an upgrade. I will say a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff and good location”

“All was good!”

“The Capra Saas-Fee is a beautiful 5-star hotel, but for us it simply didn’t live up to the hype, especially considering the price. The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...

“The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. The bed (although not the pillows) was comfortable and the hot water and wifi both worked well. In-room safe was...
