We were so happy to stay in Pete's place in Curacao! Everything we needed was there, and he provided a very detailed letter detailing everything we'd need to know ahead about the unit, groceries, gas stations, driving on the island, favorite beaches and restaurants, etc.
Everybody feeds her, she's very friendly!

Great location, great view!

Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo, we enjoyed our stay and at breakfast every morning on the front porch with friends prior to our morning swim. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and perfect for our needs.

We loved this place at Marazul!

Our stay was incredible! Marazul is about 40-45 mins from the airport, but we love staying outside of the main tourist zones. Check in was a breeze and our hosts promptly answered any questions we had. This home is a side by side unit and was exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We were travelling with friends who stayed in other units at Marazul and everyone said they would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for an amazing place for our stay in Curacao!

Perfect stay in Westpunt!

We have stayed in several units at Marazul Dive Resort in Westpunt, Curaçao and this was hands down our favorite. The owners have done a stellar job with the layout/ decoration of the unit, and the expansion of the upstairs bedroom is a treat. The sea view is magnificent from the unit, and you are withon easy reach of the resort's amenities while far enough away from the resort's hub ad to not feel you're in the middle of everything. Communication with the owners could also not have been easier. Fantastic all around!

Perfection in Westpunt!

What a perfect place to stay in Westpunt - quiet complex, immaculate and well appointed home, close to the best beaches for snorkeling on Curaçao and just minutes to both Shete Boke and Christoffel National Parks. The owners are so welcoming, making us feel truly at home while we were there. Thank you Diane and Pete.

Lovely place, with lovely views!

This property had everything we needed for a great stay. The view from the back porch and balcony was wonderful, with beautiful sunsets and the occasional rainbow. It is such a quiet area, where you can enjoy the peace of the natural beauty of Curacao. It is also super close to some of Curacao's best beaches: Playa Kalki, Grote Knip, Playa Jeremi, etc. You can even swim/snorkel out the back door to Playa Forti and, if you're a reasonably strong swimmer, to Playa Grandi, where you can snorkel with sea turtles. The owners were super communicative and went above and beyond to be helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to really engage with the natural beauty of Curacao.

Perfection !

Our stay at Marazul Resort in 8B was one of our best vacations. The island of Curacao is an amazing spot to explore and the snorkeling was the best, especially out in front of the resort. Pete and Dianne’s villa was perfect! Clean, organized, comfortable, nicely decorated! Pete was informative, easy to reach and had lots of information on the area to share. Great vacation and the resort was not busy but the people we met were very friendly and loved sharing their daily adventures. Fun spot and we will be back. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous spot right on the water.

Great trip - Great place!!!

We have an amazing stay. Our unit was exactly as described. It has obvioulsy recently been re-modeled. We saw some of the adjacent units, this one is much nicer. The paint and tile work are first rate. The unit was spotless. The unit is nicely appointed. It had the required kitchen pots, pans and gadgets. If you are a serious chef, you might want to take your own knives. Those there are fine, I just like to use a really good knife. Speaking of cooking, you do want to stock-up on groceries and supplies before you leave Willaimstaad. There is a decent grocery store, but it's still about a 30 minute drive. The view, the pictures do not do it justice. The unit is maybe 50 ft from the water. The water!!! Crystal clear and the perfect temperature. Some fish to see, not a lot, but the nearby beaches were great. The host Pete was the best! He responded to all inquired quickly and seems like a genuinely nice human being. We are looking forward to our next trip to Curacao.

Absolutely Amazing!!

The pictures don't do it justice, the view from this rental is unbelievable! The unit is fully stocked with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the bedroom is nice, but not really necessary as there is a beautiful breeze coming off of the ocean. The resort area itself is very safe, and everyone we met was extremely friendly. Pool is nice and cool and clean, and deep enough to dive in to! Owner's were easy to communicate with and always replied quickly to our questions. We rented a small SUV from D&D car rentals and explored all of the beaches and National Parks in the area. There's so many places to visit and things to see nearby! Our favourite beach was Porto Mari, although snorkeling with the sea turtles at Playa Grandi was amazing too. We found the New California supermarket in Tera Cora had most of our grocery needs. Go to Playa Grandi around 4:00 pm when the fishermen come in! We bought fresh tuna fillets for $20US and they fed us for days. The food, service, and view at the restaurant at Playa Forti next door were fantastic. If you are planning a trip to Curacao then book this property! Thank you to our hosts for sharing their beautiful vacation home with us.

Wonderful Oceanfront Property

This was our first time in Curacao and we were so happy we chose this fantastic property. The ocean views from both the upper balcony and lower patio were incredible and the grounds were impeccably kept. The furnishings were very comfortable and the layout was just perfect for us. We had lovely breezes all week long and it was so easy to open up windows on three sides of the unit to let them come through. The stairs down to the water below and the ability to snorkel right in front of the unit were an added bonus. Communication with the owner was superb when we had questions. We greatly enjoyed dinners at the nearby Cactus Cafe and Playa Forti restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again!.

Awesome!

We enjoyed our stay in 8b. It was clean and well laid out. Had everything we needed. The view from upstairs bedroom and balcony is wonderful. Best part of my day was morning coffee looking out over the ocean. We were there 4 days and there were enough beaches and restaurants nearby to keep us happy. Best meal was Thai beef at Cactus cafe next door. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Great host and property! We had everything we needed. We did a lot of diving and beach hopping. Curacao has the most beautiful beaches. This is our second stay at Marazul Dive Resort, and we love the location. The owners were great, very helpful and available when we had questions. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Excellent place near to the best beaches

The 8B was an excellent choice when we decided to visit Curacao. The apartment has everything to have a pleasant stay, the view is great and is located near to the best beaches of Curacao. Also Pete was always willing to help us with recommendations. We loved the place.

Marazul Dive Resort 8B

We had a wonderful 10 days at your townhouse! The views from your home were spectacular! The info given to us before we arrived was extremely helpful! Especially about what rental car company to use. We originally booked with Budget, but switched to D&D. The property was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The bed and trundle were both comfy. We easily snorkeled at the resort, Playa Forti, Playa Grandi, Playa Lagun, and Playa Kalki. Shete Boka was amazing even though the temp was 96°F. The only issues we had was the door key and the outside light not working, which we informed you about. Also, we weren't expecting renovations to be going on every day in the adjoining townhouse. If we decide to return to Curacao, we definitely will rebook this listing.

Beautiful and peaceful!

We've stayed a few places in Curacao and always end up preferring the western side and directly on the water. This rental was GREAT! The unit looks directly out onto the water and it's such a quiet area. Others walked around and chatted and our immediate neighbor was a friendly guy we spoke to over coffee each morning (also traveling from the States) but it was very easy to feel that isolated relaxation we were looking for. The unit basically had everything we needed (we're low-maintenance) and we didn't need converters/adapters for our US plugs. My husband says the snorkeling was top-notch. My only regret is we got too sunburned at Klein Curacao and so never got to enjoy the second-story deck, but the first-floor patio and the communal gazebo were both well-shaded so we just lived out there. :)

Pure paradise!

The location of this apartment is truly perfect! It feels like paradise when you sit on your terrace en look out over the ocean and the bays on the right. Snorkeling just in front of the terrace is a luxury. Especially beautiful from the stairs on the left side of the resort; we saw a turtle, squids, lion fish, octopus etc. The house is spacious for two and was big enough for our family with two children. Great that you can open up the windows during the day and let the breeze go through. Lots to do in the surroundings. We snorkelled near the turtles early morning at playa grandi, watched great sunsets with a cocktail at restaurant Playa Forti and drove up to Watamula Hole. Don’t hesitate, book this awesome place!!

Heerlijke accomodatie met schitterend zeezicht!

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in deze woning in Westpunt. Het appartement is groot en prima om met een familie met twee kinderen te verblijven. Het uitschuifbare bed in de huiskamer is een perfecte oplossing in plaats van de gebruikelijke slaapbank. Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje is fantastisch! Het is zeker een van de huisje met de beste ligging met heerlijk zeezicht vanuit het huis en het heerlijke dakterras met schitterende avondzon. Met een lekker drankje van de zonsondergang genieten, heerlijk! Het Marazul park wordt goed onderhouden en ligt er prima bij. Zwembad was heerlijk voor de kinderen. Contact met de eigenaren verliep snel en erg prettig.
