Daños a las comodidades: El coste por daño es el siguiente:

La rotura o daño de la cerradura de la puerta de entrada tendrá una penalización de 700 €.
La pérdida o no devolución de cualquier llave o mando del alojamiento o del garaje tendrá un coste de 60 €.
Cualquier daño ocasionado durante la estancia se deducirá del depósito pre-cargado.
El equipo de limpieza o mantenimiento podrá acceder a la propiedad en caso de imprevistos que necesiten solución.
La calefacción no debe ajustarse a una temperatura superior a 22 °C, ya que consideramos que esta es la temperatura ideal para su estancia.
