  • Martin’s Guesthouse is located minutes outside of the Village of Sackets Harbor, NY. Our modern two story vacation rental sits on the back of our family home, surrounded by beautiful trees and landscape. There are many gorgeous restaurants, village waterfront and boat launches minutes away. Martin’s Guesthouse would be an enjoyable stay for Cam Am weekend, lacrosse tournaments, graduations, local weddings, state park gatherings and weekend get aways!

Our stay was amazing. We were able to get back to nature, enjoy family time, and catch up on much needed sleep. Sharon was the most gracious hostess and there was more than enough room for the for of us. The water (Lake Ontario) is just a short 5 minutes away, we were able to take in sunrises and sunsets that were so picturesque. I think that there is something for everyone when you stay here no matter how young or old you are. We will be staying here when we come back. Thank you so much.

Size was a bit smaller than expected but quite cozy. The loft is beautiful. One must have very good leg strength and balance to negotiate the stairs. Kitchen setup is a bit basic but very functional and attractive.

Great stay!

The pool house was perfect for our weekend getaway, and Sharon and her family were very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Check in couldn’t be easier. Kitchen was everything we needed. Hosts were so gracious and friendly we would definitely recommend.

Adorable Pool House

An adorable spot to stay, very close to Sacket’s Harbor. The house was spotless and the owners were very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommend!

Quiet and peaceful

Very nice 3 days in Sackets Harbor, staying at Sharon and Rick's Pool House property. Clean, quiet, peaceful, and all sorts of little touches to add to your stay - coffee and creamer, bottled water, extra pillows, sunscreen, etc. Hope to enjoy this perfect place again in the future. They are welcoming, friendly, and wonderful hosts!

Fantastic little bungalow!

Property was exactly as stated. Great for a quick get away. Dinner reservations from Sharon were good! Would stay again.

Cute and Comfortable!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We absolutely loved the space and comfort of it as well. Sackets Harbor was close and had great places to eat! The weather was rainly for some of our stay, but that did not dampen our enjoyable time there. Thank you Sharon!

It was a cute little place and very comfortable. Sharon was very helpful and this was our first time using VRB it was a good experience. We look forward to returning sometime!
