The walk in shower with rain head and hand wand was amazing---didn't want to get out. But wish there hand been a closet instead of the open air hangar rack. Coffee was not well stocked for two people. Minor things.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel felt very new, modern, and exceptionally clean. Everything smelled fresh and well maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic—within walking distance of the mall and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and stores. Very convenient and a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

New hotel, so everything clean new. The European continental breakfast is good, but they really should change up the hot egg options occasionally. It was the same two dishes all four mornings that we ate there.

Wow! What a great place to stay. An incredible lobby, the room was faultless and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was so helpful. Parking was easy and its location near all the Paladio stores and restaurants was perfect. We even got lavender sachets in the lobby that took the experience to a great level. We definitely will stay here again.

You're pretty much provided with everything, coffee machines, little refrigerator, a steamer for your clothes.. microwaves are available in the hallway with the ice machine, everything's clean.. I only wish that I would have had like hot tub on the property. The staff was very friendly. No issues, no problems..

It appears clean, sheets were spotless however my daughter told me there was a hair on the towel. I also saw a hair on the makeup removal dark towel. However, They were accommodating for an early check in. Though reception said our room number out loud, this can be concern for safety. Free parking is appreciated. Complimentary Lavender satchel pack and bath steamer essential oil was a nice touch!

Overhead rain shower head is not practical for any type of cleaning. Especially if you do not want to get your hair wet. The hand held shower head isn't any better. It needs to be changed to a round shower head that you can leave in place. The current wand is awkward to use. Could use more overhead lights that come on with a switch in the bedroom area. Trying to figure out where the switch on the bedside lights are in the dark took a bit of investigation. Door to bathroom is hard to move as it is heavy glass and slams closed when it gets close to the side. Fingers could be crushed. Lights in bathroom a need to be switched out to brighter vanity lights. Can't see your face they way the are set to ambient right now.

The walls are thin. We woke up to our neighboring room's alarm. You can clearly hear their conversations if you're in the bathroom. There were some heavy walkers in the room above us too. However, we do like to apologize to the people in the next room. My husband snores quite loudly, so I hope that's not the reason why it took them awhile to wake up when the alarm was going off. Someone else's snack purchases were also charged to our room, but they took it off when we told them that it wasn't us. Very new and very clean hotel; very modern. Staff was really nice. Bathroom has the high rain like shower heads, but it felt like only 85% of me was getting rained on. I'm not thin but not really big either. Saw a vent but couldn't find the bathroom fan switch. The floor by the elevator vibrates when the elevator is going up/down. Otherwise, the stay was nice. Kids liked being able to walk to Palladio to shop.
