    We allow absolutely no event's of any type or parties of any type any voilation at all will result in $400 cleaning fee.

Efficient

Easy check in process with efficient communication with owner. We would have liked to see more towels since we booked property for 8 people as listed. There is an option to use the sofa for sleeping however there was no bedding or linens for sofa. Kitchen was stocked with basic pots, cooking utensils, cutlery , plates, bowls, cups etc.

Worth the stay

Kitchen was decent, living room was big to fit a lot of people. Bedroom were nice, AC was cold. Only thing I would suggest is that they should have ventilation for the half bathroom.

Horrible! Left after 15 minutes.

Upon arriving and entering this home the first things we see were 5 empty Bug Bombs inside. Looking out in back yard there was a 40 foot bon Fire burn mark with ashes. Place was filthy and no towels. I called the Host and he actually knew about the problems but didn't fix them. We all left immediately and got a hotel room. Hopefully VRBO refunds me. Or I will never be using VRBO again.

Not what I expected and very disappointed

Would recommend owners to hire a cleaning company!! Get the AC going at the beginning of the day and not right before you show up! Took 10 hours for home to cool down. Either replace BBQ or toss it! I would complain about no hot water, but cold water was refreshing due to heat of inside of home. Communication was very poor!

Terrible stay

Richard was very unprofessional. They didn’t clean up the place they had cat poop in one the bedrooms he also asked for last minute payments when arriving so he collected more then what he was supposed to get. I strongly do not recommend
