We had a lovely time at the Inn. The innkeepers are so gracious and welcoming, the room was comfortable and the bathroom is absolutely luxurious! So glad to know about this treasure in Sacramento!

Absolutely loved staying here. We stayed in the Harmony Suite, and it was perfection. It was really quiet and had all the amenities we could want or need during our stay. The staff were wonderful, and made checking in and out so easy. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Inn & Spa at Parkside.

I never leave reviews unless it was a very bad, or very good experience. I'm happy to say this was a great experience! We loved it! We only stayed one night but I had no idea this existed in downtown Sacramento. It was clean and quaint and just all-around adorable. I will definitely book here again!

Wonderful Haven in Sacramento
Absolutely loved the Parkside Inn. Beautiful old manor house. Room was very large with one of the most comfortable beds ever. Gracious Inn Keeper. Lovely living room with a free glass of wine. The breakfast was one of the best ever. Highly recommend it from a seasoned traveler.

A fantastic large home designed as if were 1940s, but with up to date bed & bathroom. Downstairs it was living history with furniture & decoration. Cute little dining room for weekend breakfast.

Happiness suite
My partner and I stayed at the “happiness” suite it was gorgeous!! To the stairs to the hot tube we had an awesome birthday! Front desk woman was very informative and nice! We also got to enjoy a free glass of wine!

The property was great and I definitely will come back. The room and staff were great, my only negative is that it across from a public park and so the surrounding location at night is a little sketchy, but it won’t keep me from coming back.

It’s California home of the homeless and junkies, that make everything beautiful, less than. That said once inside everything was done to the nines and the staff were very nice. Will definitely stay here whenever in Sacramento.

We stumbled unpon this place for our 11 year wedding anniversary and glad we did. It was perfect for romance. We stayed in the happiness suit and it was beautiful with ambiance lightening everywhere. It was so peaceful and much needed. The breakfast the next morning was amazing and intimate. Plus right by the nightlife and freeway without the noise or traffic. Perfect place for relighting that relationship candle. Definitely will be returning.

Beautiful bed and breakfast in an old mansion. Rooms are comfortable. Service was great - anything we needed was dealt with very quickly. The area surrounding the inn was a bit dicey but not too bad.

Absolutely beautiful rooms. My husband and i went for our homeymoon and it was perfect. We stayed in the indulge room. Loved the Jacuzzi bath, and everything about the room. Staff was amazing, super nice and helpful. Highly, highly recommend this inn! Definitely will be going back there!!

LOVED the actual building and our room. Probably our favorite room we’ve ever stayed in (we stayed in Happiness). Only downfall is the surrounding area. Lots of homeless people, graffiti, and overall not a very safe neighborhood to be walking around. BUT we loved our room and visit so much, we’d definitely stay here again if we’re in the Sacramento area.

Overall this place is a great stay. There’s no breakfast currently and the spa is closed but the room The Happiness Suite was definitely worth. This is will be a place I’ll visit again!!!

When i arrived i was told the balcony for my room was shared with another room - I was kinda bummed & said they should mention that in the listing, cos some ppl aren’t into that. The lady at front desk was very understanding, she went above and beyond, she apologized about the misunderstanding and gave me a pick of all available rooms regardless of price. And gave me a complimentary bottle of wine. The room / location / etc was flawless & charming, way better than a big chain hotel, no complaints. Good service is everything, when ppl are good at their job, it makes all the difference. thank you for an amazing stay, we can’t wait to come back.

This was a great find. My wife and I loved our night at the Parkside Inn. We will definitely book again. The staff was great, the room was awesome and the location was close enough to walk places, but not right in the middle of everything which we enjoyed.
