PLEASE NOTE: that community pool and amenities are available only for stays over 30 days and longer. All of our guest are welcome to enjoy the house amenities including a small dipping pool and an infrared sauna on premises.

Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their ID.
Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).
-Maintenance: We prioritize emergencies.
-No events, parties, or pets without approval (pet fee: $100/stay).
-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed.
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.
-Additional fees: Excessive towels/sheets - $50, uncleaned BBQ - $50.
-Violation of rules may result in extra charges or termination of stay.

We reserve all rights to request from you to vacate the home or deduct money from your security deposit if any of the property policies have been violated.

NOTE. We take great pleasure in regularly updating and enhancing our property. This includes incorporating new decorations, throw pillows and blankets, furniture, and bedding, and refreshing the color scheme. Consequently, the current setup may not exactly match the images featured in the listing. However, we guarantee that all necessary amenities are provided to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable.
Pet fee:
Please note that the pet fee is $100 per pet per stay.
This fee is exclusively for accommodating your pets within our premises and does not include any additional cleaning services. We kindly request that you understand and be mindful that if your pet's presence requires any extra cleaning beyond our regular housekeeping, an additional cleaning fee will be applicable with detailed invoices and photos from the cleaning companies for your reference.
