This is a small, older (1957) home that has had the kitchen and bathrooms refurbished. The original footprint is basically the same. The master bath is tiny, but has lots of storage. The bedrooms have no dressers and one bedroom has no hanging space.The bathtub and shower are very slippery, we bring our own tub mat for these situations. The kitchen has the bare essentials for cooking and eating. The yard, like many in the neighborhood, has been allowed to go to tall weeds. The fence has shrubbery and climbing plants on it. Couldn't figure out how to get patio string lights on. Many outlets have just 2 prong plugs, hard to find places to plug in laptops and printers, we had to buy plug adapters. Next door neighbor was gone all night Friday night, put his dog out and it BARKED ALL NIGHT LONG! Solatube in bedroom makes it very bright. When looking for year built we discovered that it had been listed for rent on 4.17.25. We arrived May 25. Lucky for us no one had rented it yet. Parking was easy, neighborhood quiet except for dog Friday night. Worked for us this trip.
