“Everything was great ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Small but comfortable for 2 adults in the historic district. We were able to walk to St Pete’s pier. Numerous coffee shops within walking distance. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and nutrigrain bars. Lisa also had a great resource book with lots of information on the area as well as suggestions for restaurants and things to do.”

“Thank you very much to the host for sending the check-in instructions in a timely and clear manner. The house is as seen in the photos, we only have a few observations, the mattresses are not in good condition, the cleaning has details (dirty on the carpets, under the beds and blinds) and the house is a bit dark. However, it worked perfect for us, we needed the house to sleep, it is located close to many establishments. Thank you so much”

Plus, her place was very clean for when we arrived so when my wife & I left today we did our best to follow the host’s departure instructions & to leave her place clean as well.”

“Smell of rental was horrible. We noticed a musty smell when we entered that just got worse through the nite. There is a leak with the toilet which is probably causing it. We tried closing the bathroom door but entire unit had the odor ”
