“Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. “The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs.”

"OUTDATED HOTEL. The facilities are outdated and not clean enough. We arrived at 7:50am and left the luggage to go around the city since checkin was at 3pm. However, my wife is pregnant and was feeling extremely unwell and went back to the hotel at noon. They had our room ready but wouldnt give it to us without paying 50% extra (mind that it was only 3 hours before check in time and they did not clean the room twice). Had to pay since she was feeling so unwell. Poor treatment and understanding from the hotel staff. Do not recommend staying here. There are plenty of more modern hotels in the city to choose from."
