I just always feel safe here! I cannot express enough how the staff are so very nice & caring! They've went out of their way to help me while my Mama was transported to St. Mary's Saginaw Mi from Tawas Mi & we're from Oscoda Mi. They truly touched my heart with their kindness! Bonus- the beds here are incredibly comfortable & it's quiet & kind of out of the way but only 10 minutes from hospital.

Nice ways out of town so it felt safe. Rooms were decent kinda small. Carpet could use to be cleaned lots of stains. Bathroom door did not lock or fully close which was kinda awkward because of how tight the room was. Staff was friendly and not bothersome.

Nice out of the way to stay, quiet, definitely recommend staying here especially if you want to visit shiawassee wildlife refuge for bird photography. And its not to far to Frankenmuth too. Great price also

What we did enjoy was it's very quiet and off the beaten path. The overall hotel is a bit dated. But the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Mostly pleased
Took forever for water to get hot. Disappointed to find no tissues or hair dryer. I didn’t inquire if hair dryer was available. Was very clean, quiet, comfortable.

The bathroom door would not latch shut. The room was very clean and the beds were nice and comfy. The tv took forever to turn on and you could only get one channel to work.

Nice, quiet stay
Comfortable motel in the county. Quiet, no complaints. Room was pretty clean and bed was comfortable. Room was a bit cold when we walked in but the thermostat was easy to use and worked like a charm. Definitely would stay here again

Not great
Bathroom too small. Requested handicapped accessible but instead had a room which was just the opposite. With disabilities it was a large step to get into room and use of the toilet was impossible.

The motel was quiet, clean with friendly staff. I would suggest a shelf and more hooks/towel rail in the bathroom.

Everything was great!! Close enough to saginaw mi and Frankenmuth mi. The staff was very friendly. This us our second time staying here and we'll stay here again!

Smelly, Uncomfortable
The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the mildew covered shower curtain. The pillows were one per person, hard, flat, and hairy. The outlet sparked when a phone cord was plugged in. No one to greet us or give us our key, and the phone to call didn’t work according to the employee that eventually showed up. I had low expectations due to the price, but this place was disgusting and miserable.

Clean rooms, not far from town, mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. My family has stayed here several times and will stay again when we visit the area.

Small but clean
Quiet and clean room. I was just bothered one time while I was sleeping, but besides that my stay was good. The bed was pretty comfortable. It was good for the price.

Third time wasnt a charm
First of all there was a syringe cap on the floor by the bed. The bedding and towels smelled like old kitchen towels. Like clean with an oily residue smell. The rain shower was an old old disclored small plastic shower head. There was spiderwebs in the shower stall corners. The fan was rusty and very loud. We stayed here before, twice, a couple years ago and it was great. Humble but clean and cheap. Now the prices are way higher and its declining. Such a shame.

Nothing really unique but the owner was very nice and the room had been updated so for the most part I'd say other than it being totally off the grid you should stay there because you're not going to find anything else that nice for that price.

The hotel is decent. The rooms are pretty small, but so is the cost. The location was a lot further from the freeway than expected. There are no amenities within walking distance. The location is so quiet, we could hear the property managers fighter with each other. I would probably stay again because we travel with dogs and prefer motel style accommodations.

It was a nice clean place. When we called to have our toilett seat fasten service was there right away. That shows you too that toilett seat is removed for cleaning. I can highly recommend Relax Inn. I would book there again.

The inn was a 10 minute drive to nearest town. Also, instead of paying when you check out, you pay when you check in. After a few hours, I noticed a black beetle on the floor. I thought ok, fluke thing. Wrong, there were more black beetles during our 2 night stay. I complained when checking out, the man said he would reimburse me $30. I never received a credit. Now I know why they have you pay when you check in. Also had to call for housekeeping to replenish our items since housekeeping never came. The bed was stiff and hurt both mine and my boyfriend's back for days.I would not suggest to stay at this inn.
