    This spacious 2,800 sq. ft. home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The home is designed with family fun in mind, showcasing a well-appointed layout perfect for gatherings and leisure.

    With 100 feet of prime waterfront, this retreat lets you fully immerse yourself in lakeside living. The 30-foot floating dock provides early seasonal access, allowing you to moor your boat directly at the property after launching at the free City Beach in Sandpoint. Whether you’re kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying the water, everything is right at your doorstep!

    SUMMER FUN AWAITS
    Explore the sparkling waters with a wide array of paddle boards, kayaks, and other water toys for , along with lifejackets for most sizes. All equipment is readily available and easily accessible in the garage for your enjoyment!

    With panoramic views of Fry Creek and Gold Hill, this property is located only a short boat or paddle board ride to Lake Pend Oreille. Lake Pend Oreille has plenty of parks, boat launches, picnic sites and other attractions and facilities. Major parks are Farragut State Park, at the very southern tip of the lake; Whiskey Rock, a Forest Service fee-free campground on the fairly inaccessible southeastern shore; Garfield Bay, a county park and campground; Springy Point, operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; City Beach, with excellent beaches, ball courts, playgrounds and more in downtown Sandpoint; Trestle Creek, with a boat ramp, beach and picnic facilities; and Sam Owen Campground and Park, a wonderful 65-acre site on the Hope Peninsula. And there are others, as well!

    You`ll be just...

    - 6 min drive to Sandpoint Beach.
    - 10 min drive to Round Lake State Park.
    - 20 minutes to the base of Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort.
    - 25 min drive to Maiden Rock Trail.
    - 30 min drive to Silverwood Theme Park.

    You will need a vehicle to get to the area. There is no public transportation. We strongly advise using winter tires during the winter season to provide better footing in snow and rain and greater control behind the wheel. :)

    - The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 11ft.

    -Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

    -Construction for a new garage is currently underway, with some tree removal and preliminary work beginning in late February. During this time, you might notice some noise and activity on-site until early March, but it shouldn’t impact your stay. Parking may be limited, but it remains accessible. In mid-May, essential foundation work and utility rerouting will take place.

    2. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

    3. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

    4. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

    5. This unit has a maximum capacity of 16 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

    6. PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

    *Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500 (except #3 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #4 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).

    6. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mail.

    7. Please check your belongings before you leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

    Construction for a new garage began in late February. The first phase has concluded and is scheduled to resume in late August or September.

    Guests may notice partially completed work on-site; however, there will be no active construction or related noise. Some materials will remain stored and secured on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was well stocked with everything we needed and offered a stunning view of the lake. There were plenty of towels and toys, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our time. The bunk room was perfect for the kids, and there were enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our large group.We especially enjoyed the hot tub, paddle boarding, and relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings. The house had the perfect balance of fun activities and cozy spaces to unwind. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a lakefront getaway!

Overall the host/property management experience was very frustrating and well below expectation, but the property itself is wonderful.Three days before arrival, we were informed there would be active construction with heavy equipment on site during our stay. Given we booked months in advance, the lack of proactive communication—and refusal to offer a discount—felt unreasonable. We chose this home for a quiet retreat and would have booked elsewhere had we known earlier.The listing is also misleading on bedrooms. It’s advertised as 5BR, but two “bedrooms” are open loft spaces at the top of the stairs with no walls or doors, offering minimal privacy. It’s more accurately a 3BR with a large open loft.Additionally, basic supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels) were empty and not stocked on arrival, though the host offered reimbursement.Positives: great common areas, solid main bedrooms, nice deck and hot tub, and convenient location near Sandpoint and Schweitzer. More transparency in the listing would go a long way.
