House was perfect for time with family, plenty of beds and bathrooms. The game room was great place to enjoy and there is plenty of board games no need to pack and bring your own. Kitchen is well stocked for all you cooking needs. Was only 30min drive to Schweitzer for a day of skiing or quick drive into downtown Sandpoint. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was great!! It had everything we needed and ample space for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. We all enjoyed the game room and all of the activities we could do together. It would be fun to come back in the summer and enjoy the bicycles and water activities.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the property and both times have been fantastic. The game room is always a huge hit and the large table upstairs allow us to play cards late into the evening. And, the hot tub is also a huge hit after spending the day exploring the area.

This is a truly exceptional property. It was as clean as a 5 star hotel, as well equipped and comfortable as one's own home (or better!) and with toys and games like a summer camp! It has a huge fenced yard - and allows dogs - with a fire pit and hot tub; 2 kayaks right by the channel that goes to the lake with 2 paddle boards at the shed where numerous bikes are. The game room has a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, Xbox, etc etc. There are maybe 4 (? we only used 1) tv's throughout with comfortable seating and a long dining table to seat everyone. The master suite is on the ground level (no stairs) attached to a second small kitchen and dining set up. This place would work great for a large group or any group that wants to be comfortable and have fun! Sandy is a terrific host who genuinely wants people to enjoy their stay and she's set the place up accordingly.

We stayed here as 4 adults and 3 small kids and this house and area was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for the kids to play and for the Grandparents to have their own space as well. All the appliances were high end. There’s so many items like bikes and water toys available we were never bored! I must also add that people around the neighborhood were super friendly, and always waved when we drove by or said hi when passing by during our walks. Will definitely look at coming back, Thanks!!

The place was breathtaking. The house was huge even with its own game room. The backyard led down to a private boat dock with access to kayaks and paddle boards. The weekend stay was one of the best ive ever had.

Property was beautiful, we enjoyed the views, fun games and activities offered and the space where everyone can hangout together. One room had some dirty sheets and candy/crumbs under the bed upon arrival. This was the least of our worries because we did not spend much time in the room, only to sleep. All amenities were awesome and made our stay very fun.

This home has everything you need. Very clean. Our kids loved the games room and big back yard. Host is quick to respond to any questions. We loved the location and being able to paddle board or kayak from the dock. Highly recommend this property!

This place is a wonderful home for families. The young people had so much fun with the game room, and adults joined as well. The beds are comfortable and so is all the seating. And there is plenty of seating, also. The dock down at the slew that leads to the lake is quiet and pretty. We enjoyed kayaking around in that area. It also has a large fenced yard and plenty of bikes. We really enjoyed the house and hope to return for a longer stay.

The property and house were beautiful! I’m not sure why everyone is complaining about the noise from trains at night. It didn’t wake any of us up at night, you could barely hear it during the day. The house was very large and there was something for everyone to do with the game room! Plenty of space. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the lake inlet in the pictures but we ended up loving it more than being right on the main lake! It gives you more privacy and it’s just a short distance to paddle out to the lake. During the summer there is a farmers market in Sandpoint and it was only a 5 minute drive! Our family enjoyed that alot. I highly recommend staying here!

Family ski trip

Wonderful home close to Schweitzer! All the amenities you need. You will hear a lot of trains coming and going through out the day and night so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper

The house was pretty roomy. I wish there was another bathroom upstairs, where the majority of the bedrooms are located. Some kind of shelving or drawers in the bedrooms would be helpful.

Winter get away

Our family (8) stayed at this gem of a place. With comfortable rooms and game room the house provided a great experience in the Sandpoint area. Would love to go in the summer to take advantage of water activity.

Great family vacation house

The house is exactly as described in the listing with all the amenities for a large group traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked, game room was a hit and there was plenty of space/beds/rooms for everyone. Management/owner were responsive and timely with handling a couple of small issues he had. I will say- the train is loud and runs all night. Because the house is close to a crossing, you can hear the horn warning clearly. Remember a sound machine and it will help!

Great place!

Our trip to Sagle was nothing short of incredible. The snow conditions were absolutely perfect—fresh powder and great runs every day made for some of the best riding we’ve had in a while.The house we stayed in fit our group perfectly. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax and recharge after long days on the mountain. The setup was ideal, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained in the evenings—games, a cozy atmosphere, and all the amenities we could ask for.Between the top-notch snowboarding and the awesome place to stay, this trip was a total success. Definitely a spot we’d come back to!
