Our charming 45m2 maisonette for 6 is perfectly positioned to offer you the ideal seaside vacation! Saint Brévin l'Océan is rich in history and culture, along with trendy shops, delicious restaurants, and exciting entertainment. Spend your days on Ocean Beach, a short walk from the residence or drive around the breathtaking Loire-Atlantique region, dropping by La Baule and Pornic. After a day exploring, stop by the 7 Beaufort bar for a glass of wine or beer and some live music. Our lovely space comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate up to 6!

Our house has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 Double bed (140) in one bedroom and 2 Single beds in the other bedroom. You'll find a Trundle bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. Please note that bed linens are not included, but are available on-site for €12/kit.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM, which features a bathtub. There's an additional WC on the main floor. Please note that bathroom linens are not provided, but are available on-site for €8/kit. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

After a day on the beach, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy local programming on our TV. In the early evening, step out onto the patio or garden and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available for those that wish to connect with friends back home (additional connections can be paid for on-site for €18/day).

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Residence Le Domaine de L'Océan where our maisonette is conveniently located. These include a bocce ball terrain, a ping-pong table, fitness centre access (open during the reception hours), and the shared outdoor pool (which is open from mid-May to end September). If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with one FREE outdoor parking spot on-site!

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €60/stay/animal.

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, a small daily eco-tax, and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. An end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is provided.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite restaurant is Crêperie Le Rozeil, only a 3-minute drive away! Pick up your groceries at Carrefour City, only a 10-minute walk away or a 2-minute drive. Brush up on your water-sports skills at the Centre Nautique de Saint-Brevin, rent some water equipment and head out to the water.
