Rental of charm in Saint Cirq La Popie, medieval village in the Lot

In one of the most beautiful villages of France, medieval and picturesque, very tourist, clinging to the cliff of the Lot, descending steeply, the rental is located in a house of the sixteenth, overlooking the main street.
The house is spread over three levels and comprises:
- On the ground floor: an entrance, 1 small room with a bed of 90 cm and 1 WC
- On the first floor: a main room of 30 m2, lit by mullioned windows, converted into a living room, dining area and lounge, equipped with a flat screen TV and Internet access, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
- On the second floor: a large attic room with a bed of 140 cm and an adjoining toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary utensils.
In the living room there is a television and private and unlimited access to the internet.
All linen is provided (bedding, table linen and toilets). End-of-stay cleaning is free.
This house has a beautiful view of the Lot Valley and the kitchen, the small garden and the village.
The entrance to the rental is private. Part of the ground floor is occupied by a craft store but the rental space is completely independent of the shop. The entries are separated. The small private garden is accessible from the outside and reserved for tenants.
The neighborhood is bustling with many shops (but no grocery stores) and restaurants. Bakery and grocery store in the valley about 3 km. All amenities in Limogne (10 km) with every Sunday big country market.
The surrounding environment is nice. The house is located at the foot of the Rignault Museum and the Church. The Lot is 500 m away with a beach, canoe rentals and play facilities. Many hikes proposed. Possibilities of boat ride.
Saint-Cirq is located in a very tourist area: Embarrassment of choice for the purposes of walk: Puech-Merl caves, Lot valley, Causse villages, Cahors, Villeneuve sur Lot, Figeac and its Champollion museum and further Rocamadour, chasm of Padirac ....
The access by car is very simple by the exit "Cahors Nord" of the A20 motorway. Attention, there is no parking inside the village, but large car parks around. I provide free parking card.
Access by public transport is not easy: station in Cahors 35 km, 2 buses a day ...
This rental is suitable for three people (plus a baby: cot provided). Animals can not be admitted.
