Nestled in the heart of a peaceful estate, this unique property consists of two stacked apartments, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. You’ll enjoy a private terrace, as well as the estate’s amenities: a pool and gym shared with 3 other units. An ideal setting for a comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful stay.

The ground-floor apartment opens onto a pleasant living area with a sofa and a TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen:

The comfortable bedroom features a 160 cm queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The accommodation features a single south-facing outdoor terrace where you can enjoy Normandy’s beautiful sunny days, with everything you need to relax or dine al fresco.

Included: Wi-Fi (please note that the signal isn’t always strong), linens (towels, sheets—except for the sofa bed—dish towels, bath mats).

We provide a starter kit including: a trash bag, sponge, dish soap, and a roll of toilet paper. For the remainder of your stay, you’re welcome to restock these items as you see fit.


During your stay here, you’ll enjoy free, exclusive access to the facilities on the property, which includes 5 houses:

Located near the famous beach at Arromanches-les-Bains, Saint-Côme-de-Fresné witnessed the Allied D-Day landings on June 6, 1944. Even today, remnants of this period serve as a reminder of its role in history, and visitors can explore the region’s iconic sites, notably the Mulberry artificial harbor, which played a key role in the liberation of France.

Free parking is available right in front of the accommodation, in the estate’s private courtyard.
