Located in a quiet and welcoming neighbourhood, this villa enjoys a prime location just 100 metres from the beach. Within easy walking distance, you’ll find all essential shops, a local market (on Tuesdays and Fridays), cafés, restaurants, as well as a post office, newsagent and cash machine. At the end of the street, along the seafront promenade, there is a children’s play area and, a little further on, pétanque courts. It’s the perfect spot for a family holiday or a getaway with friends!
A spacious and charming home: This unique villa consists of three separate buildings connected by a delightful garden terrace. It features six rooms in total and can accommodate up to six guests.
The main house (night area): On the ground floor, you’ll find a large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, two mattresses), a bathroom (shower, basin, toilet), and a bright veranda that also serves as a laundry area. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), as well as an open space arranged as an office, reading nook and storage area.
The guest cabin: An independent fourth bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom, located in a small cabin at the rear of the property (only available when booking for 5–6 people).
The living and kitchen area (day space): Situated on the opposite side of the garden terrace, this inviting space is ideal for relaxing and spending time together. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge area.
All modern comforts for a pleasant stay: The villa is equipped with everything you might need for a carefree holiday. Kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Laundry: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner. Other amenities: hairdryer, garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor shower and garden toilet. Comfort: air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Parking: one free parking space on the property or in front of the house. Optional: bed linen hire available on request.
A garden terrace for relaxing moments: The garden separating the two main buildings is perfect for outdoor meals and peaceful moments. It is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue for convivial evenings, and an outdoor shower — perfect after a day at the beach.
