The accommodation
The apartment is composed of a main room with open kitchen and 2 sleeping areas:

🛋️Living space:
- A main room with fully equipped open kitchen: fridge with small compartment, freezer, dishwasher, combined microwave oven, traditional oven, 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, washer dryer, electric kettle, toasters, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso).

- A lounge area consisting of a sofa bed and a coffee table overlooking the terrace. A connected TV and WIFI available.

- A sheltered terrace with a table and 6 chairs, a space equipped with an electric plancha and a lounge area with 4 armchairs and a coffee table.

🛏️Sleeping areas:
* A mezzanine bedroom (under the slope of the roof), consisting of a double bed (2 beds of 90cm together), a large wardrobe and storage space.
* A sleeping area in the entrance of the apartment composed of 2 bunk beds (90cm).
* The sofa in the living area can be converted into a double bed (140cm)
=> bed linen is provided and beds will be made on arrival 🛏️👌

⚠️ The maximum capacity of the accommodations are 6 people in total. For optimal comfort, an occupancy for 4 people is recommended.

🚿Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and a soap, shower gel and shampoo dispenser. A toilet.

🧹 An end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the price but the accommodation must be maintained and kept clean for the duration of the stay.

The apartment is located in the "Les Capellans" district of Saint Cyprien Plage, in a small luxury residence, on the 2nd and last floor (without elevator).

The nearest beach can be reached on foot (approx 20 mins) or by car (3 mins).
Many sandy beaches nearby (Saint Cyprien, Canet en Roussillon, Argelès-sur-Mer) or coves (between Collioure and Cerbère)

- The residence is equipped with a large swimming pool of 25mx12m and a wading pool, ping-pong tables, petanque court (open from 15 June to 30 September).
- A preserved natural park of 4 hectares: sport, well-being and leisure is located 50m away.
- The port and its activities are located 30 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car.
- A water park (Aqualand) 10 minutes away on foot.
