The accommodation:
The apartment, located 150 meters from Les Lecques beach, is fully air-conditioned.
It is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful new residence with an elevator. The building is of very high quality. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the dining area and the living room, which features a sofa bed for relaxing (which can be converted to sleep 5 if needed). A 15 m² terrace extends the space. We have set up a table and chairs for enjoying a delicious aperitif and family vacation meals.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first offers a 160 x 190 cm double bed and a storage wardrobe. The second is equipped with a pull-out bed, providing two single beds, ideal for children, for example.

Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a single sink, a shower, and a heated towel rail.

A bonus is access to the shared swimming pool between 9 [hidden] and 8 [hidden] (please note: capacity is limited to 10 people) and a gate directly overlooking the Promenade Rose and Les Lecques beach, 150m away.

Two parking spaces are available in the basement (Nos. 70 and 71).

Environment:
Les Lecques Beach is a large, fine-sand family beach. Walk along the promenade to discover its sublime stretch of sand, nearly 2 km long, and its postcard-perfect views. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The beachfront establishments on Les Lecques Beach are also open from April to October. Water sports are available in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and jet skiing.

Bed linens and towels:
Optional upon request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a towel kit with one large and one small towel per person).
Blankets are provided in the accommodation if needed (ideal in the off-season).

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a cleaning company will come after your departure.

Pets:
Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
