The apartment is located in the "Le Clos des Vignes" residence, a quiet and secure gated community just 2 minutes from the center of the historic village of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer.

The apartment comprises a lovely living room with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a south-facing balcony; a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed; a bathroom with toilet; and a well-equipped kitchen.

The shaded outdoor area is furnished with a dining table, ideal for enjoying romantic meals in a peaceful setting.

Parking:
Free parking within the private residence.

Washing machine, freezer, refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi internet access, 1 sofa. We also have a table with chairs, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, dishes, and cutlery.
