“We had a fantastic three day weekend on the island. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space.We took cabs and also utilized the bus system. Super easy to get around the island.There are several restaurants that you can walk to. Our favorite was the Gulfstream. Try their delicious thin crust pizza and sushi. “We enjoyed our stay at Gemstones so very much, had a wonderful time visiting the South Shore beaches including the private beach (Cross Bay) at the property. Lorna was so pleasant and kind to work with, we thank you very much for being so helpful. Enjoyed the lettuce from your little garden a couple of times. “We stayed for a week and rented 3 units as a family.Views were beautiful and it was great to have access to Harrington Sound either the kayaks.Many thanks to the host for providing life jackets for our children.Able to walk to beach and Flatt’s Village for the Aquarium and restaurants but otherwise had to use lots is taxis as so many people in our group.”

“Property was beautifully situated overlooking the ocean. Rooms were very spacious and clean. We had what we needed and it was easy to congregate for family time. Easy 15 minute walk to dockyard, easy to walk to a few beaches, and the bus was just outside the back door. Laundry room dedicated to your apartment. Would definitely stay again.”

“Small set of apartments. Owner met me on arrival after texting and communicating via phone. She paid attention to detail and making sure the unit was clean. I was there on business so didn't take advantage of the beach, but it looked fabulous from the top of the hill the property is on, and very private. Small kitchen is equipped so you can make quick meals if you wish, or use the local food delivery app.”
