Capable of comfortably accommodating up to 60 people and set apart from neighbors, it’s the perfect venue for your birthdays, corporate events, team-building activities, or family gatherings in an extraordinary setting! With its 21 bedrooms and reception hall, the house offers a level of amenities you won’t find anywhere else!

We love the indoor pool! From January through December, it guarantees you can host a pool party, no matter the weather! And what a treat to take a dip with all your friends while sipping cocktails—whether it’s sunny, rainy, or windy!

And of course, there’s the large reception hall that can accommodate up to 60 guests for a plated meal. Thanks to its professional kitchen with a walk-in fridge and dishwashing area, you can hire a caterer or a chef to feed your guests.

The only small things we’ll ask of you are to please gather the dirty towels and sheets in the main room on the first floor when you check out, wash your dishes, as well as to dispose of household trash and recyclables in the villa’s bins, and to take glass to the town’s collection point.

🔊 Cocktails, dinner, evening entertainment... and noise disturbances

Since the nearest neighbors are 500 meters away, there are no restrictions on music volume when you’re INSIDE the house, as long as the doors and windows are securely closed! Bringing your own speakers is strictly prohibited. Outdoors, you can have lunch, enjoy drinks, have dinner, or relax by the pool… but no music or microphones, day or night! Outdoor noise levels must be limited to 90 dB (the noise of a lawn mower) so as not to disturb others.
