The south-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, is perfect for shaded lunches. The double bedroom opens onto a quieter terrace at the back.



The beach is right in front of the property. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The train station is a 14-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop just outside. The location is ideal for exploring the region, the Estérel, Cannes, and the surroundings.



You may access the underground garage for unloading luggage and groceries, but no parking space is available for your vehicle. Street parking is free part of the year and paid from April to June.
