The Florentine villa has

- a covered terrace of 30 m2, you will have sublime 360 degree views: on one side the Caribbean Sea, on the other the deep sea with its hilly landscapes.
on the ground floor :
- a large bedroom (1) of 35 m2 with its bathroom a 160 bed and two single lilies, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool
-a bedroom (2) of 14 m2 with a 160 cm bed direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool in the dressing room you will find a safe to shelter your important papers.
-a bedroom (3) of 12m2 with a 160 bed
-a bathroom with shower and toilet
    All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with dressing
-a partially covered terrace allowing you to enjoy the sun or on the contrary to protect yourself from it. This terrace is equipped with a shower and WC.
The swimming pool accessible from the 8m x 4m terrace is salted for better comfort.
You will have direct access to the 1000 m2 tropical garden with vanilla, banana, coconut, bougainvillea, palm, frangipani, hibiscus, tiare flower.

The Florentine villa is equipped with a buffer tank directly connected to the water network, protecting you from cuts.

Saint-Francois and Sainte-Anne are 2 tourist hotspots, 15km from Le Moule, a typical town in Guadeloupe.
Saint François benefits from a micro-climate: it rains there much less than on the rest of the island, which makes the place attractive in any season.
The most beautiful beaches of Guadeloupe await you a few minutes from the villa, in a few minutes by car to the beach of clear grapes, beach protected by the coral reef, swimming in the lagoons at 28 °.

A car is still essential for visiting and shopping.
