Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned studio for rent in Saint-François, Guadeloupe, just 150 metres from the beach, with a shared swimming pool. It measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a living area, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a communal garden of approximately 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An air-conditioned sleeping area with a TV, a double bed (140x190) on the ground floor and a double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine
- A 5 m² dining area opening onto the outside, with a fully equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, ceiling fan on the terrace, and an iron.

Outdoors:
- An unheated infinity pool, shared by the residence and accessible all year round, with secure access.
- A shared communal garden of 1,000 m², fully enclosed, ideal for enjoying sunny days

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private, secure car park (maximum 1 vehicle; spaces are not reserved).

- Nearest airport: Guadeloupe-Maryse Condé Airport, about 45 mins by car

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
