- The garden, which overlooks the port, offers a remarkable view but is very uneven. Although the walls and gates are up to standard, extra vigilance is required, especially with children, who must not be left unsupervised.
- The lower garden is not secure and is not part of the rental property. Access to it is strictly forbidden. Any breach of this rule will be the sole responsibility of the occupants, with no possibility of recourse against the property.
- Pets accepted, for an extra charge of €15/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
