Beaches 10 km away, surrounding forest, lakes, and ponds within 10 km make up the daily environment of this part of the region. Located outside the village, in an oak grove, the Gîte Le Mont is a self-contained rental offering tranquility while remaining close to everything. It features a very pleasant, bright veranda that serves as a living/dining room, with a TV area and reversible air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, two ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, and a microwave. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds, and one child's bed), each with electric radiators. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, which also houses the washing machine. A terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue is at your disposal. You have access to a shared enclosed garden with the owners. The entrance is separate, and the private grounds for the cottage are not fenced. There is a garden with trees and flowers in season.
