“Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat...

“The booking took place through Vrbo and then onwardly directed to Belvilla - no issues and worked well. House is a little dated but very well appointed as a rental property. The pool is amazing, heated which is a nice thing to have too! Slightly odd that bedding and towels not included and so we paid extra per person for bedding which was just left for us to make beds ourselves. “Maison agréable et la propriétaire est très sympathique et discrète, la piscine est top ,mais attention au enfant en bas âges car aucune protection autour donc pour adulte ou ados. Vue magnifique de la terrasse et également de la piscine . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et de belle visites de la Dordogne. David c”

“We loved our stay. Beautiful home . The amenities were excellent . location amazing so close to the town of Bergerac and by the river. Pool was nice and warm ( be sure to put the cover on each night to keep the warmth ) . The only warning is keep mosquito repellant handy. Being near water and the River. Check in quick . It would be nice to have Fans in the living areas & bedrooms but the walls are thick so over all house stays pretty cool. Wonderful Charm and we had a great time - Will go again...

“We stayed with friends and family at this beautiful manor/farm house with 8 King bedrooms and 1 dorm rooms. There is lots of space for people to relax and enjoy this wonderful part of the world. The host was considerate and helpful. Highly recommended.”

The house was so well equipped, the pool was magical but best of all was Laurence and her family who were so quick to respond to any problems, yet stayed out of sight at all other times. It was exemplified on our last night when we all went out for a final dinner and our hosts asked if we would mind if they used the pool. As the temperature was around 32 degrees it seemed an excellent idea. About as perfect as any holiday we have had — and we have had a lot!”

“Perfect in every way! The exterior grounds are breathtaking and the home was perfect for a group celebration. Every bedroom had a private bath, along with another full bath off the pool area. All amenities were top of the line and the hosts most gracious. We could not have picked a better place for visiting St Emilion, Pomerol, and out to the Dordogne region of Sarlat, Le Rowue Gageac, Domme & the caves. 5 stars!”

“We all had a absolutely wonderful time here. Enough space and facilities for everyone to do things together and/or have quite time with a book somewhere. The river nearby offered even more more great fun and activities. Eric was an amazing host with lots of help and info of where to go for markets etc. We can recommend this beautiful spot for big families.”
