“This Hotel is NOT a five star Hotel, is very expensive in relation to the quality of the rooms, the beds, the pillows and the quality of the bathrooms, which malfunction easily. The experience is of a 3 star Hotel maximum. The concierge service is incredibly unhelpful, with an "attitude" to make sure you feel as a "lost tourist" and the recommendations they give you, are less than terrible. Beware, this Hotel is definetly NOT worth the money.”

“Overall amazing hotel, amazing stay. The room is more than I could dream of and had the best sleep of my life. The check-in process was lovely, got an awesome upgrade, and my room was ready early. I guess the only thing I would say is the concierge doesn’t have much pull. I get that it is booked, but concierge at a 5 star hotel should be able to work something out? After the 3rd request to try to get tickets or booking somewhere with no avail, I did it on my own. But they still were very nice.”

“The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly, and of course you can communicate with them in English. The bed was uncomfortable, but the rest was excellent.”

“Le lit « king » était fait de deux petit lits. Le problème est qu’il y avait un trou énorme entre les deux et impossible de les recoller sans refaire tout le lit. Les rideaux étaient cassés donc impossible d’ouvrir pour avoir de la lumière. Le staff, tout juste aimable… L’endroit en lui même a du charme et Meudon aussi.”
