  • Este nuevo apartamento dúplex en el tercer piso de una residencia, con balcón orientado al suroeste, se encuentra a 100 m del centro de la ciudad de Saint Gervais ya 500 m de la góndola Bettex con servicio de traslado gratuito al pie de la residencia.
    Este dúplex muy cómodo de 75 m2 puede alojar hasta 8 personas. El comprende :
    - 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio.
    - 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.
    - 1 dormitorio con 2 literas.
    - 1 cocina abierta totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno y microondas, y todos los electrodomésticos pequeños,
    - 1 sala de estar (con sofá cama), equipada con televisión y acceso Wifi gratuito,
    - 2 baños y 2 aseos (incluido 1 separado).
    - 1 plaza de aparcamiento privado y un local de esquí.

    En Saint Gervais puede disfrutar de la piscina municipal (reciente) cubierta y descubierta, baños termales, pista de hielo, tenis y acceso al tranvía Mont Blanc, y dos lagos cercanos en verano (Passy y Combloux).
    El paquete Evasion Mont Blanc da acceso al gran dominio de Saint Gervais, Megève, Saint Nicolas de Véroce, Combloux, les Contamines ...
    Posibilidad de alquiler largo (3 semanas) para cura termal con entrega(descuento) del 20 %.

Ski break in St Gervais

This is our 2nd stay in this property which is ideally located in the village, well presented, with every amenity you might require. The property is furnished to a high standard, communication with the host straightforward & check in/out process easy.

Ski Break

We have stayed in this property 3 times now & it's truly excellent - clean, very comfortable, spacious, well equipped with great views from the balcony. The hosts are very easy to communicate with & the location is ideal for shops and restaurants in St Gervais and proximity to the slopes. Unreservedly recommend.

Week skiing in St Gervais

This is an excellent well appointed property ideally located in the centre of St Gervais. The lounge and kitchen area is extremely comfortable with all the appliances and equipment necessary. The balcony provides fantastic views! The host made check in and departure straightforward & communication throughout was very good. I can thoroughly recommend and will be returning in March this year. You will not be disappointed!

Magnifique appartement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement moderne et confortable, très bien situé dans lequel rien ne manque. Même la vue est magnifique ! Les propriétaires ont fait en sorte que tout soit parfait.

Très bel appartement central et calme

Appartement très bien équipé, situé au centre du village et proche du télécabine du Bettex. Environnement calme. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et les propriétaire sont attentionnés. Un grand merci !

Fantastic apartment!

For our stay skiing in St. Gervais for a week, this apartment was absolutely perfect. It is clean, modern, tastefully decorated & fully equipped with everything that you need. The owners Christine & Philippe were extremely easy to deal with throughout, and very helpful & accommodating, making the whole experience completely stress free. They even arranged for the apartment to be ready for us to check in early, which was very much appreciated. It is in a great location, a short walk to both the ski lift and the town centre (shops, restaurants, etc.), so a hire car is not necessary. The town of St. Gervais is beautiful and perfect for a family holiday, with lots of nice family friendly restaurants and bars. For us it turned out to be the perfect family skiing holiday, and we will definitely be back!!!!! Thank you Christine & Philippe

Fabulous and great size apartment

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Perfect size for 3 adults and three 10 year olds. The apartment had everything we needed and was so convenient for the Bettex bubble lift. 30 seconds to the bus stop 5 minutes walk to the Bettex lift 2 minutes walk to the beautiful town centre Would highlighy recommend Thank you Christine 😊

Tout simplement parfait

Nous avons donc eu la chance de trouver cet appartement fabuleux et spacieux. À 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville de St Gervais et correspondance navette pour le téléphérique du Bettex en bas de la résidence . Nous étions en famille et il y avait assez de place pour nous tous. Accueuil charmant, appartement neuf , cuisine très bien équipée ,literie très correcte, propreté impeccable et belle vue du balcon. Nous nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Bel Appartement

Bel appartement très fonctionnel, dans immeuble récent, bien organisé, bien isolé, idéal avec 2 sdb car nous étions 7. Tout se fait à pied (centre de saint gervais et commerces à 2/3min. Navettes pour le départ des télécabines toutes les 15min à 1/2 min). Propriétaire très serviable. (une machine à laver serait un plus)

A wonderful new 3 bedroom apartment close to shops and lift

We had a marvellous stay in this lovely apartment. Christine, the host, was very accommodating with our planned early arrival and then our actual delayed arrival due to a cancelled flight. Once we arrived we found it to be just like the photos, with a lovely modern style incorporating traditional wooden features. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. Upstairs there's 3 bedrooms(a double, a twin, and two bunks), along with a good sized bathroom with shower. Downstairs there's an open plan modern kitchen and lounge, along with a second toilet and shower. There is a balcony with great views, although we didn't sit out as it was rather cold this January. There is a secure ski store on the ground floor, and a parking space in the car park outside. It's a very short walk to the shops and restaurants in the town centre, and to the Bettex lift across the bridge. We feel very lucky to have found such a lovely place to explore the mountains from.
