Quiet functional studio in Saint-Gervais centre, foothills of Mont Blanc

Bright and quiet apartment in the village centre close to facilities and shops. Ski and thermal baths shuttles 30 m in front of the building. Free covered parking 40 m. Ski lift 5 minutes which is ideal for skiers, Spa clients and hikers. Discover cable cars, caves, walks and mountain rides, museums and rack trains (tramway of the Mont Blanc) on site that lead you 2300 m in altitude to a glacier surrounded by more than 4000 m peaks and Montenvers Mer de Glace 20 km. Many spectacular glaciers to see again and again in the region. I wrote a small practical guide about the region that I can send by e-mail so that you can prepare your holiday. At your disposal in the studio: raclette and fondue machines, coffee machine, toaster, micro-wave, DTT television, radio, baby cot, booster seat, kettle, universal electrical adaptor, small garden furniture on the balcony, board games and books (novels and comics).

The accommodation is composed of 2 double beds and a folding bed so it sleeps up to 5.

A service of sheets, towels and table linen rental is offered by the dry cleaner’s “Neige et Soleil” in the village centre.
We can issue an invoice so that you can be reimbursed by the social security (if a course of treatment has been recognise as necessary) or by your works council for your leaves.
