Spread over two levels, this chalet invites you to share warm moments whilst maintaining distinct living spaces — perfect for getting together without getting in each other's way.



A friendly ground floor open to the outside:

From the entrance, you enjoy a bright living space with a beautiful opening onto the East-facing terrace, ideal for your sunny breakfasts or your summer evenings around a barbecue.



The main room consists of:

- a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer…)

- a friendly dining area

- a spacious lounge with convertible sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains



Night side:

- A master suite with two single beds (90x200), storage and private shower room

- A bedroom with two single beds (90x200), storage and access to a small balcony



The flat also has:

- a shower room with heated towel rail

- a separate toilet



A floor designed for group stays

On the upper floor, you will find a second living space, ideal for offering more independence or creating an additional gathering place.



It includes:

- A fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher…)

- A dining area opening onto an East-facing balcony

- A bright and carefully decorated living room

- A master suite with two single beds (90x200), storage, private shower room and access to a balcony
