Mas Des Trois Citernes - Fully renovated gîte with private pool (14 pers.)

18th century farmhouse, consisting of 2 associable lodgings that can accommodate from 4 to 14 people in total, completely renovated respecting the charm of the old (tomettes, stone wall ...).

The Mas is part of a wooded property of 4000m2 composed of two levels. The first garden adjoining the Mas and the second below welcoming the swimming pool and its pool house, the relaxation area and the pétanque field.
A beautiful place conducive to relaxation, sunbathing and the songs of the cicadas.
The set offers a breathtaking view of the hills of the Cèze Valley, the garrigue and the surrounding nature.

A first Gîte "Le Néflier" (54 m2): its private staircase gives you access to a large covered terrace for your outdoor meals (gas barbecue at your disposal)
"Le Néflier" consists of a TV lounge (vaulted ceiling with stone floor) equipped with a convertible sofa (real bedding in 160), a bedroom with two 90x200 beds (can be joined) with TV, a bathroom with Italian shower, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, vitro hob, microwave, fridge / freezer ....) and dining area.

The second Gîte "La vigne" (130m2) also has its private staircase giving access to the terrace and its passageway for your outdoor meals (gas barbecue at your disposal)
"La Vigne" consists of a large living room (fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, TV), a toilet, at the same level a large master bedroom with bathroom (Italian shower) with a bed king-size +1 single bed.
Upstairs, two bedrooms with a shared shower room / wc each with 2 associable beds of 90x200 and a master bedroom with king-size bed +1 single bed with shower room (Italian shower) / wc.

These two Gîtes communicate by an external passageway connecting the two terraces.
In the extension of the buildings, is our private accommodation. We will respect your privacy but obviously will be at your disposal if necessary.

A multitude of caves to visit within a 20km radius (Chauvet, Cocalière, Salamandre, Aven d´Orgnac ..)
You can also visit the Bambouseraie d'Anduze, the Pont du Gard and the arenas and the Maison Carré in Nîmes.
The sea is also 1 hour and 15 minutes' drive away.
