Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, around 1.5 km from the beach. With a floor area of 45 m², it can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 59 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a wardrobe
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and 1 single bed, and a wardrobe

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A shared, unheated swimming pool, open from July until 15 September from 9 am to 8 pm.
- A lovely 59 m² south-facing, shaded garden. It is shared and not fenced off.
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park (one private space).

- Nearest railway station: La Roche-sur-Yon (approx. 59 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes (approx. 72 km)
