“We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this was by far the most exceptional property. The condo is absolutely beautiful, stocked with everything you need and very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and the patio is wonderful. The owner is very helpful with great communication. We loved it so much we booked again for next year. I can’t imagine staying in any other property in St. John.”

“Very happy with the unit! Convenient location to Cruz Bay. Nice pool and hot tub, owner provides beach chairs and cooler for use. Unit was very comfortable and just perfect for 2. Note to bring insect repellant as mosquitoes are vicious on island. Also had covered parking spot. Can’t wait to come back next year.”

“The unit is located just steps away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. There is a dedicated parking spot if you rent a vehicle while you are on St John. The unit itself has everything you could possibly need to include beach chairs, ice chests,etc.”

“The staff was wonderful; the rooms were very clean and had a lovely view. Going to sleep to the sound of waves was amazing! We would definitely stay again. The only minor con was that the walls seemed kind of thin—could hear neighbors a lot. ”

“These condos are amazing with all the amenities, location, and well-built construction for a quiet night's sleep. The only suggestion regarding an improvement for this unit would be to add a ceiling fan on the outdoor balcony to keep the mosquitos away!”

“This was out first time visiting St. John and certainly won't be our last! The studio was clean and everything we needed to stay for a whole week. The front desk staff were such a pleasure and loved seeing them on out way to the gym most mornings. The view was our favorite, especially having a 5 year old. During the day we would explore the island, then come home to clean up before dinner. Best part was we could always guardsmen an evening beach stroll or swim since everything was right there....

“Perfect for our best friend getaway. It was just the two of us and it was perfect for us. Conveniently within walking distance to the restaurants of Cruz Bay as well as the ferry and taxis. It was clean and updated. We enjoyed looking out on the Bay from the front windows and that the Dolphin Market was literally next door. Felt very safe and was very happy with our stay.”

“The balcony has amazing views and is a wonderful place for morning coffee! The property is clean and comfortable. Our host picked up at the ferry, which was most appreciated. There are steep steps up to the place, but 0.6 mile walk to town is mostly flat. Great place to stay on St. John. ”

“This unit lives up to the pictures. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in many places. This condo is one of the best stocked we have run across. You don't have to spend your time running out for more kleenex or toilet paper, etc. The view from the front balcony is wonderful, and the location is ideal. “My family stayed here for 5 days and it was great! Overall it was very clean and homey, and the host Garet and property manager Dena were super kind and helpful! Free Jeep included in the rent also makes this such a sweet deal, which I don't think you can find anywhere else on St.John. With so many things going on with my life, I really hope I will find another chance to visit this beautiful island and stay at this place again soon!”

This condo is exactly as advertised, with fantastic communication from both the owner( Donovan) and property manager ( Rachelle). “Ghosted! I arrived at St John and expected to receive final address and access information. I tried messaging the owner, then finally tried having VRBO contact the owner. No reply. So there I was at 5 pm hustling to find and place to stay. Until I hear from the owner, with a plausible excuse, my recommendation is to avoid this accommodation, or you might find yourself also in my position, last minute scrambling for a place to stay. ”
