“Our stay at Karen and Jeff's Villa was just what we needed. The space was very comfortable, and the views were amazing, as promised. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed to eat in. The road to the house was steep and took some adjusting to, but we adapted quickly and appreciated the quiet and privacy. Karen and Jeff were very helpful and welcoming, and we hope to visit again in the future!”

“Ann and Rik have a truly special home and my sister-in-law and I completely enjoyed our stay. We’d head out early for snorkeling having been to nearly every north shore beach and more, then return home to relax and either stay in for the evening or head out for great local music! The house location made it easy to get everywhere on the island. I hope to return someday!!”

“Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

“We very much enjoyed the picturesque seascape and the view of all of the surrounding islands. We liked being on the quiet side of the island away from the noise and hustle and bustle. Being high up on the mountain we had a steady seabreeze. Our host was gracious and told us places to go and things to do.”
