Welcome to our renovated former barn of 100 m², perfect for family holidays or getaways with friends. On the ground floor, enjoy a spacious 50 m² living area filled with light, open to a fully equipped kitchen. The thick stone walls keep the ground floor naturally cool in summer, and a fan is also provided for your comfort. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a twin room, and a mezzanine with an extra bed for a fifth guest. Each bedroom has a fan for added comfort. For little ones, a baby bed and child-friendly equipment (high chair, changing table, toys and board games) are available free of charge.



The house is surrounded by a secure, enclosed courtyard—ideal for children to play safely. Relax on the large shaded terrace with a barbecue and enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Two bikes (for teens/adults) are available so you can explore the area at your own pace.



Located at the entrance of a charming, flower-filled village, you'll find a bakery/grocery and a playground nearby. The closest supermarkets are in La Coquille (8 km) or Thiviers (10 km). Enjoy activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing, and cycling. For excursions, visit Périgueux, Limoges (50 km), the prehistoric caves of Villars (15 km), Jumilhac Castle (15 km), Brantôme, the "Venice of Périgord" (25 km), Sarlat and Bergerac (70 km).
