The Studio Accommodation for 2 people

The Studio is our smallest cottage — designed for a couple or solo traveler who wants a budget-friendly option without sacrificing the peace and quiet of the Domaine de Rochebonne setting. It's also our simplest cottage: a single level, the essentials for cooking and relaxing, and everything else to enjoy outside in the park.

It is approximately 17 m² and is located on the first floor, with a balcony overlooking the 13,000 m² park. Inside, the sleeping area accommodates two single beds of 90 cm, the kitchenette is equipped for preparing meals (refrigerator, microwave, electric hobs, sink, crockery), and there is a bathroom with WC. A small private courtyard downstairs with a barbecue completes the property. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are also included.

The Studio is part of the Domaine de Rochebonne, our former family estate now a holiday resort. No more than 9 families are allowed on the estate at any one time, in a walled, car-free park with a heated swimming pool open 24/7 from May 1st to October 1st. There are children's play areas (wooden fort, sandbox, swings, badminton, football, pétanque), and large lawns for sunbathing. Pets are welcome (supplement of €15 per stay).

Practical information: bakery 800m away, butcher 1.4km away, village restaurants a 5-minute walk. Beaches a 10-minute drive away (Marennes for toddlers, Saint-Trojan later in the day). Bridge to Île d'Oléron 8km away, Royan 24km away, La Rochelle 55km away. We live on-site and are available should you need anything during your stay.
