Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Saint-Malo, just 200 metres from the beach. It features Wi-Fi, has a floor area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 35 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with a TV, sofa and study area, opening onto a pleasant terrace with garden furniture.
- An open-plan kitchen, equipped with, amongst other things: an induction hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.
- A shower room with shower and washbasin
- A separate toilet
First floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) featuring a walk-in wardrobe and a desk area.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) with a wardrobe and a TV.
- A bathroom with a shower, double-basin unit and heated towel rail.
On the second floor:
- A children’s bedroom in the loft with a single bed.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: a washing machine, a griddle, an iron and ironing board, a baby chair, a high chair and a travel cot (please request this when booking; we will set up the travel cot for you). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide any mattresses other than the one already included with the travel cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish).

Outdoors:
- A lovely 35 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally situated in the Rochebonne neighbourhood in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops, restaurants, bars, a bakery and a chemist nearby, as well as the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

- Bus: Lines 3 and 9: ‘Chateaubriand’ stop.
