First bedroom: A bunk bed featuring a 140 cm double bed on the lower level and a 90 cm single bed on the upper level, storage space, and sliding glass doors opening onto a small terrace with sea views.
Second bedroom: A 160 cm double bed, storage space, and direct access to a small terrace with beautiful sea views.
Office area: Ideal for remote working or as an additional sleeping area, thanks to a pull-out trundle bed that converts into a 160 cm double bed. This space also has access to a small terrace overlooking the sea.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and double washbasins. The toilet is separate for added convenience.
